All bookings are made online only — no phone appointments. Book 24/7 at our online portal. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time and barber.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum 12 hours notice required to cancel. No-show or late cancellations: 50–100% charge of service cost. Owner cuts: 100% fee for missed or late-cancelled appointments. Group parties require a non-refundable deposit 1 week prior.

Late Arrival
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. We start within 5–10 minutes of your appointment time. If you arrive late, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled to respect other clients.

If you're dissatisfied with any service, contact our concierge desk within 5 business days. We are committed to your total satisfaction and will re-service you. Your experience matters to us.

Return Policy
Unopened merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit within 10 days of purchase. No refunds on gift cards, memberships, deposits, or corporate cards.
